So Choose Life is a series of lessons to help people study the Bible. It is written especially for individuals or small groups of young people.

These lessons are intended to help believers learn what it means to be followers of Jesus. Following Jesus is how we try to live our lives. Once we have heard the Good News about God’s love, he calls us to a changed life. We cannot live the way we once did. Following Jesus means letting him be the example for the way we live.

Then our lives will show our love for God and other people.
